What is included with the sale?
The real estate, including a separate, adjoining tax lot to the north, The Jennings Hotel brand and its operations, fixtures, furniture & equipment.
Personal art, select books, and a small number of fixtures & furnishings are excluded from the sale. A list of excluded items can be provided to qualified buyers who submit a signed letter of intent.

What’s going on with the ground floor spaces?
The retail space is currently leased to Quickhatch Provisions, a local, boutique outdoor retail store. The restaurant is vacant to remain available for owner occupancy or a tenant of the buyer’s choosing.

Has the roof been replaced?
Yes, the roof and parapet cap were fully replaced in 2016

How is the foundation?
Solid.

Will current ownership be available to assist with an operational transition?
Yes. We will be available on a contract basis to new owners.

How many staff do you have?
We typically employ 2 full time and 2-3 part time housekeepers from May - September and 2-3 part time the remainder of the year.
