SELF CHECK-IN – The Jennings Hotel is a self check-in accommodation, please insure you have received a door code or you will not be able to access your room. Be aware that we are located on the second story of a historic building, you must climb a flight of stairs to reach us.

CHECK-IN is AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECKOUT is 11 A.M. No early check-in or late checkout without prior arrangement
NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 – Due to the historic nature of our building and to insure the comfort and safety of everyone, we respectfully request that all guests are at least 12 years of age
NO SMOKING – The Jennings Hotel is a NON SMOKING property. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere, in, on, or around the building or grounds.
NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS
CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date are non refundable. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
MINIMUM STAY – Your room requires a two (2) night minimum stay on Friday and Saturday nights. Longer minimum stays may be required during holidays and special events.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING – Linens and bath towels are included with your room. Should you need additional towels, they are available on a self serve basis in the sauna bathroom. We do not provide daily housekeeping service and suggest you bring beach towels as ours are not to be taken from the property.
RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
PARKING – On street parking is available to the west and south of the hotel
WOOD STOVE – The wood stove is available for guest use after obtaining operating instructions from the innkeeper
By renting a room at The Jennings Hotel you have acknowledged and are agreeing to our rental agreement and terms of service
